We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in resaleable condition


Items that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Please note: An item being unopened does not automatically qualify it for return. All returns must be authorized and meet our return eligibility requirements.

Please inspect your items carefully before installation or use.

The purchaser is fully responsible for:

  • Verifying measurements
  • Confirming compatibility
  • Ensuring the item is suitable for their intended application

We strongly recommend double-checking all specifications before placing your order. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be happy to assist.

You have two return options:

Option 1: Ship It Back

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Option 2: Drop Off at Our Warehouse

You may return eligible items in person at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements.
  • Please contact us in advance to arrange a drop-off time.
  • Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Orders refused at delivery without prior authorization are not considered approved returns.

Customers are responsible for any return freight charges or additional shipping costs incurred as a result of a refused shipment.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • Keep all original packaging for claims processing

If freight damage is visible at delivery, it must be noted with the carrier before signing. Failure to document damage upon delivery may affect eligibility for replacement.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.
